Laneige has done it again with this product! I've been using it for a week now and I can say that it has now become my new favorite skincare product. Amazing Scent free cleanser!

I was Pleasantly Surprised by this Gentle Cleanser! First off is fragrance free which is the most important to me. Secondly i have very sensitive skin and not only did it feel amazing but it did not irritate my skin at all which other cleansers do. I really love this product and would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been using this product for about a week now. I use it mornings and at night. The first time I used it, I used about a quarter size amount and that was too much. I massaged it onto my skin and had a tough time removing it because I felt like there was still product on my face. My prefer method is to use a pea size amount and lather it between my hands and then massaging it on my face. I did notice a difference after using this product for a week now. During this winter, my skin was flaky, dry, patchy. Even when I used a thicker rich moisturizer, the dryness was very noticeable. This cleaner helped reduce the dryness and dry patches are less noticeable. This product doesn't have a strong scent. The cleanser is quite thick. With the 80ml bottle I received, it was hard pouring the product out. A squeeze tube would work better. Overall I really like this product. Great for oily skin!

Sensitive skin friendly

This product is truly amazing. I usually have trouble finding products that work with my super sensitive skin but that one is really great! It leaves my skin super soft and looking healthy. The only downside with the small bottle I received is that it is hard to get the cleanser out, it clearly needs a pump. A must have!!

Laneige Water Bank gentle gel cleanser surprised me. Firstly, this gel cleanser has no scent: perfect!!! Secondly, it removes waterproof mascara! my waterproof mascara requires two washes to remove, but the gel cleanser was able to remove the mascara on the first wash. Thirdly, the gel cleanser left my face feeling soft and hydrated. there was no feeling of stripped skin, which I appreciated. The only complaint was the bottle I reviewed didn't have a pump making the thick gel extremely difficult to get out of the bottle.
