REPLICA - Sailing Day

Love!

I’ve owned sailing day for about two years now and I adore it! It’s my go to summer scent. The aquatic notes almost play off an ozone note in the fragrance that makes it read very fresh and clean on the skin. It’s a delicious wet, salty and fresh scent that can easily be layered in the spring and summertime. Smells strong and has great longevity on my skin chemistry. I got the big bottle and I wear it daily 90+ days out of the year, the dent hasn't even reached the label. Love it!

Didn’t smell the same in store versus after buying it online which was upsetting

I love love love this perfume… it’s long lasting & smells like a million bucks!!

Great fragrance for the summertime, and works as a gender neutral scent. The smell reminds me of being at the coast. Not super strong needed to re-apply a couple times throughout the day to smell it again.

Doesnt last..

smells amazing, but does not last. What a shame!!!

Fragrance does not last, is very light.

I enjoyed the fragrance in store, but as I use it, I notice I have to spritz way more than my Chanel for the fragrance to ‘show up,’ let alone linger. The fragrance dissipates after an hour, no joke, that feels like a generous estimate. The bottle is large, so I suppose that’s where the cost comes in. Would not repurchase.

Something’s Must Be Wrong

Smelled divine on me when I’d try in store. Finally bought the travel size. It initially smells good and then turns into a dirty, bitter, masculine scent. Disappointing. Maybe a bad batch?

Originally, in the store, the fragrance smelled fresh and nice on me. When I bought it and tried it o n at home, it smelled more musky like a forest with more warmth than freshness. I am not sure if mine was defective, but I am writing this as a caution for the rest of you all.

Amazing everday sent!!

A great size if you are wishing to try out the fragrance before buying. The sent is very clean and refreshing, my only complaint is that I wish it lasted a little longer. Overall worth it!

Fantastic summery scent

Aquatic scents are typically not my go-to, but this one really made feel fresh and ready for summer! I love Maison Margiela and the Replica series for being perfectly descriptive with their fragrances, but genuinely this was such a delightful surprise!

It smells good, but it doesn't last long like the sample. I wonder if the sample scents are more .intense to make you want to buy the full size.

I wanted to love

I wanted to love this but I did not. I felt like it smelled somewhat along the lines of cool water. I was looking for something salty like ocean water. Did not get salt or beachy at all. Returned. Search continues.
