Great shampoo

I have been using this shampoo for a couple of years and really like it. My hairdresser recommended it. It’s great for color-treated hair. The scent is not too strong, which I appreciate. A little goes a long way! My only complaint is that it doesn’t suds up very much.

Super Happy, so happy I finally found OLAPLEX!

I waited a couple months before writing a review. I know I have tried shampoos and conditioners that seem great at first, but after a few weeks let you down. I have been using OLAPLEX for over 2 months, and I think it is my favorite hair products ever, and I am 60. I love both the #4 & #5, they are concentrated not watery like so many hair products. I have fine curly hair, which likes to frizz easily, even when I lived in Southern California. I now use the #3 once a week, following with the #4 shampoo, & #5 conditioner, & #6 smoother, the #6 smoother is the first product that seriously helps with my frizzy hair, and I live in the PNW on an island. My boyfriend has even commented on my hair being soft, the first time in our relationship of over 6 years. I was using a more expensive product line before this, it wasn't anywhere as good as these products, and I couldn't understand why my hair was falling out terribly, I thought it was my anxiety, it was the hair products I was using Kevin Murray Young Again, it made my hair feel older and fall out, like seriously fall out, it started soon after starting to use it, wish I would have figured it out sooner. My hair immediately stopped falling out from the very first wash using OLAPLEX. I know these products aren't inexpensive, but I feel for the quality they are fair priced. I will be sticking with OLAPLEX, I couldn't be happier. I also have the #5 leave in conditioner, and the number #8, and #9 products, but haven't tried them yet. I wish you the same wonderful results I am having.

Love this shampoo

I have been using Olaplex system for a bit over a year now. I finally have been able to grow my hair out some. This shampoo is the keystone of the system. It has a lot of protein so you HAVE to use the moisture mask regularly too

Only shampoo that works for me!

I love this product every time I use it. Hair become super soft and beautiful smell lingers all day!

Expensive and ended up with tangled hair.

I bought this shampoo and didn’t not like how it felt on my hair.My hair was so tangled even with the conditioner.I regret buying this.

Warning label

I’m pretty sure this product caused more damage and breakage to my hair. I have fine strands but a lot of it, it was frizzy and dry and gave this a try. It worked to tame the frizz and dryness but after about 3 months of use I have layers in my hair now not because I cut them in but because of breakage. When I went looking for a solution from professional stylist several told me that this product can cause this sort of damage. I think more research should be done on whether it’s safe for thinner hair and the company even considers putting a warning label on it. Very disappointing to use a product to help my hair health and it made it infinitely worse.

makes my hair so dry feeling and gross I don’t really recommend this shampoo. I have thick Straight hair

Left my hair greasy and just not worth it for the price especially if you have long thick hair.

Don’t buy it

The hair feel greasy and like you didn’t wash it, doesn’t worth the money. And it also feel heavy
