My thick, wavy/curvy hair has been dry and damaged for years. I tested this out by using it as my leave-in conditioner and then letting my hair dry. I then used it as my heat protection before straightening and my hair looks SO good. It's soft, no frizz, even shiny. This is the only product I've used since stepping out of the shower and I just can't believe how well it works. The texture of it is also really nice- it's not thick or greasy, and it absorbs very quickly so my hair isn't weighed down or "wet" after applying it. The smell is quite pleasant but luckily, not very strong so I won't be giving anyone a migraine.

Great product for thick hair!

I needed a product to reduce static in my hair during winter and this product works amazingly well. I have a textured bob and apply this when my hair is damp. I tried applying it on dry hair and it doesn’t work as well. I wake up the next morning and my hair is so shiny, soft and hydrated. I also tried the elixir hair oil (as part of the birthday gift) which did nothing for my hair and would avoid. My hair texture is thick Asian hair.

Der Geruch ist in Ordnung, könnte sogar noch intensiver sein. Das produkt hält wirklich lange, jedoch habe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht das Gefühl, dass es irgendwas bringt. Dafür ist es dann doch zu teuer..

smells as amazing as it works

I received a sample sachet of this and have been using it when I blow my hair dry or use styling tools. It smells so good and my long hair feels really soft for days after. I'm trying to milk my sample so it won't run out too soon but I'll definitely need to save up to buy a full size bottle.

Kérastase is my go to hair brand. I am obsessed with their products and my husband needs to pull me out this section to get me back to planet earth ;D

Kerastase! WHY did you change the formula of this product???? The old product with “Iris Royal” was FANTASTIC! It left my hair smooth, soft, and so shiny and manageable. And it smelled nice. This new version with Niacinamide is absolute garbage. It leaves my hair feeling like STRAW making it so hard to untangle. I was literally fighting with my hair!!! And the smell isn't as pleasant. Please bring back the old formula!!!

Frizz free, but expensive

I got the sample through the 500 point reward, but I’m reviewing because I genuinely love how soft and frizz free my hair gets when using this. I don’t find any feeling of product buildup like I do with other products. For reference, I use this along with the K18 protective shampoo and conditioner. The only thing that sucks is how expensive it is, so I’m not 100% sure I’ll be able to repurchase.

THE BEST. I have tried many heat protected and this has been my top 1 for years, I have wavy hair but I use heat tools 2-3 times a week. The full size bottle lasted 11 months and my hair is better than ever. I recommend it with my eyes closed
