About 3 yrs ago, I went to the salon & the lady literally set my hair on fire & burned it off (it was virgin down to my bottom). I ended up with varying lengths all over my head (2in MAX)!! I looked like a troll doll that had been burned with a blow torch! I tried EVERYTHING on the market to grow my hair back & make it healthy again, vitamin, conditioners packs, home remedies, & nothing worked. Until I tried this product! I now have beautiful hair again, it's full of body, shiny, & down my back. My hair is like baby angel wing soft! I love it & swear by it! Idc what anyone promises you, healthy scalp = hair growth & healthy hair, if you don't see it getting length, that's because it's breaking off. This will transform your hair life for the best. I also only wash my hair weekly, & the scent of this shampoo stays in my hair. I'm addicted to the scent, it smells like men's Dior (the white bottle).

Please don’t pay to have your hair fall out

Serious hair loss. Please don’t buy this product. I used for a less than a week due to the sudden increase in hair loss. Switch to a drugstore shampoo and had almost no hair loss. I tried it again a month later and it same thing happened. It was such a bummer and did the exact opposite of what the product is said to do.

Toxic smell

I got this as a sample, both shampoo and conditioner. It smells like straight jet fuel, gave me a headache. I ended up throwing the samples away only used it twice, smells so toxic.

Amazing product

I am entering middle age, menopause phase. I have lots and lots of fine hair. I experience a lot of hair falling out in the shower when washing my hair. I use a comb to comb through the conditioner and get lots of hair fall out as well. I only use high-end products on my hair, but most don't help with the hair fall. I thought I would take a chance on the Kerastase genesis, and I've never looked back. This product has helped my fallout easily by 95%. I know everyones hair is different, but I think it's definitely worth the try, especially for the hair fallout.

Lasts for long and leaves a clean refreshed feelin

Definitely will buy again I love the brand I general and recommend my friends and family about this all the time I bout more products and this line is my favourite I might try a different shampoo from the brand next time I use it after having some hair products or feeling oily and it’s cleaning everything it’s not cheap but lives to its hype and you only need a small amount so it lasts for a pretty long time

So much hair fall out

This line is so bad. I had SOOOO much hair fall out more than Ive ever had. Also makes my hair so so tangled and I never have that issue with other shampoos.

Give it a try! Less hair shedding

At age 35, I’ve noticed hair thinning due to aging. I wanted to give it e try to this shampoo and I’m glad I did. I don’t have oily scalp, but experiencing dry ends. One of the customers photos scared me at first, I didn’t want to see clumps of hair but that wasn’t thr case at all.

Smells nice but…

I have a dry, flaky scalp which leads to thinning of my hair plus moderate amount of hairfall every single day, so I came across Kerastase which seems to bring a solution for my problem from watching youtube reviews. I was reluctant to try it because first of all it is a bit costly, and I am quite scared of the result. Honestly, it smells amazing and the scent lasts long. I am on my 3rd week of using it however I did notice that my hairfall is twice the amount of my hairfall from an X brand shampoo that I have been using for years. I am really sad to say that I might not be continuing to use Kerastase as I feel like it is not meant for me. I get super stressed everytime I wash my hair and see the amount of hair falling. I know there are other factors affecting my hairfall but I just think Kerastase isn’t for me. :(

smells good but hair loss

I have been using this for alittle bit and i noticed my hair was falling out more and more. I thought maybe it was stress bur after reading the reviews now i know for sure its the shampoo. and its expensive :/
