Smells good normal shampoo nothing I’d spend the extra money on tho

Amazing product

I am entering middle age, menopause phase. I have lots and lots of fine hair. I experience a lot of hair falling out in the shower when washing my hair. I use a comb to comb through the conditioner and get lots of hair fall out as well. I only use high-end products on my hair, but most don't help with the hair fall. I thought I would take a chance on the Kerastase genesis, and I've never looked back. This product has helped my fallout easily by 95%. I know everyones hair is different, but I think it's definitely worth the try, especially for the hair fallout.

Lasts for long and leaves a clean refreshed feelin

Definitely will buy again I love the brand I general and recommend my friends and family about this all the time I bout more products and this line is my favourite I might try a different shampoo from the brand next time I use it after having some hair products or feeling oily and it’s cleaning everything it’s not cheap but lives to its hype and you only need a small amount so it lasts for a pretty long time

So much hair fall out

This line is so bad. I had SOOOO much hair fall out more than Ive ever had. Also makes my hair so so tangled and I never have that issue with other shampoos.

Smells nice but…

I have a dry, flaky scalp which leads to thinning of my hair plus moderate amount of hairfall every single day, so I came across Kerastase which seems to bring a solution for my problem from watching youtube reviews. I was reluctant to try it because first of all it is a bit costly, and I am quite scared of the result. Honestly, it smells amazing and the scent lasts long. I am on my 3rd week of using it however I did notice that my hairfall is twice the amount of my hairfall from an X brand shampoo that I have been using for years. I am really sad to say that I might not be continuing to use Kerastase as I feel like it is not meant for me. I get super stressed everytime I wash my hair and see the amount of hair falling. I know there are other factors affecting my hairfall but I just think Kerastase isn’t for me. :(

Nice shampoo

Love it! leaves my hair feeling light and refreshed. The shampoo does a great job at cleansing without making my scalp overly dry or oily, which is perfect for someone with my hair type. The scent is pleasant and not overpowering, and even though it’s a bit pricey, the results are worth it. My hair feels stronger, and I can go longer between washes. Highly recommend!

Do Not Use!

This made my hair fall out! I use to have really thick hair and now it's so thin. When washing and conditioning I have CLUMPS of hair come out! The pic posted is the smaller of the clumps.

Good but not special

Used this product twice, nice one, smells good even though a bit strong. Honestly i didn’t find is special. Same results can be achieved with a normal price shampoo. For me it was not worth the pricee.

No more football helmet hair!

This shampoo is INCREDIBLE! I have thick, curly hair and this shampoo makes my hair so incredibly soft and also makes it so much more flat while taming my frizz a great deal. I never use high end shampoo or conditioner but this is one I do love.

Best Kerastase Shampoo

This was so nice to use! It makes my hair so soft and feel luxurious. I had a friend use it on her coarse hair and she went to buy a bottle immediately. Favorite out of the series

Not worth the money, strongly fragranced

There’s nothing special about this shampoo & conditioner except maybe cute packaging. The smell is so strong, it’s like a lavender-y mature smell. It is not luxury quality for luxury pricing. Does nothing for my hair that a drugstore shampoo couldn’t do.
