Works on puffy eyes

It has been a week since I have been using this eye cream, its really rich and hydrating. And it actually reduces some of the puffiness that my eyes had. I am often sleep deprived and thus get regularly puffy eyes, but this seemed to actually make a difference. I also use this as a base layer before applying any makeup, and thankfully it does not crease under the makeup. Overall very satisfied with this eye cream.
