How do I get the Sephora loyalty card?

There are several ways to join the Sephora loyalty program! 

- Directly in your shopping cart when you place an order on Sephora.fr or on our Sephora Mobile Application.

- Within your Beauty Account after placing your first order, in the "My loyalty program" section. 

- In all our Sephora stores when you check out.

How does the Sephora loyalty card work?

The Sephora loyalty program takes you into a world of beauty and gives you access to exclusive benefits. 

At Sephora, 1€ = 1 point. Every 150 points or 4 days of purchases, you receive a voucher for a 10% discount on your favourite products, in store or on Sephora.fr.

From your first purchase, get Sephora White status. From 150 points or 4 days of purchases, switch to Black status and enjoy unique advantages (welcome gift, birthday gift, generous offers, etc.). Finally, from 1500 points accumulated over 12 months, reach the coveted Gold status in order to benefit from even more advantages (Gold birthday gift, invitations to our Gold evenings and press days, exclusive Gold offers...): life in Gold is yours!.

How do I check the points balance on my loyalty card?

Once connected, you can find the points balance of your Sephora Card within your Beauty Account, on our website or on our Sephora mobile application. 

You can also ask your question on the Messenger application to Ora, our chatbot, who will be happy to answer you. 

How do I change my personal information on my Sephora Card?

You have several possibilities to change your personal information:


- If you already have a Beauty Account on Sephora.fr, just make sure you enter your Card number in the "My Loyalty Program" section. You can then modify your personal information in the "My Account Settings" section.

- If you do not have an online account, create your Beauty Account directly on Sephora.fr, and check the "I have a Sephora Card" button so that you can enter your Card Number. You can then modify your personal information in your new Beauty Account, under "My Account Settings".

- If you wish, you can also modify your personal information in store or by contacting Sephora Customer Service.

My last purchase does not appear on my points balance, how do I do?

Don't panic! 

If you made a purchase in store, it can take up to 72 hours to update your points balance.

If you made an online purchase, your points will be updated when your order is shipped. 


Remember to present your Sephora Card at the checkout and make sure you have entered your card number on your Sephora Beauty Account.
