This feels amazing, gives really intense orgasms and is really quiet. The smart quiet thing is really good as well. However, the buttons are REALLY DIFFICULT to use. I've really struggled to turn it on because it's not actually a button, it's more like a pressure pad where they've tried to keep the shape smooth, but it just means if you have limited dexterity you can't push them. I haven't been able to change the intensity without help, and I can only change the vibration with my nail when the toy is outside my body, the angle and ease is too difficult when in use. If this had better buttons, it would be the best toy ever.

I really don't rate this. I have tried it over a number of weeks and it's just not very pleasant. I won't be using it again. The external use Womanizer is amazing, so had hope this would be too. Will be using a different toy for g-spot play.

unusual, sensitive girls - give it a go

Some people will hate this one, but for others there is a lot to like about this product. My first impressions were that all the negative comments were right, but on spending more time with the product, I can appreciate it more and I'm glad I took a chance to try it out. If you want a high intensity, rumbley, girthy toy, this is not for you. It's very light, fairly slim and compact; and super quiet, at top settings its no louder than a cat purring. Buttons are hard to press but as you don't have a lot of hand space it makes it less likely to accidentally press them. The shape of the product makes it a little difficult to use with a clit toy at the same time. You do need to be well aroused to get the most out of this product. This is more of a tempting and caressing your way to pleasure than a 'quickie'. Suction and vibrations are more gentle than most typical vibrator/suction toys; however, if you struggle with internal or external sensitivity, pelvic pain conditions (such endometriosis or pfd), or just find most toys too intense or even painful as you approach orgasm, this might be the one to try. I found it to be quite pleasant and nicely satisfying when used externally, I didn't find it to be too large, as some people have commented. I have another toy that pulses/taps the g-spot, and while it feels good, it can also be a bit too much for me, this is nice gentle stimulation especially for the front wall/g-spot which is good way to build towards orgasm/g-zone pleasure.

Nowhere near powerful or 'rumbly' enough !

Looked forward to this expecting double orgasms sadly it was a disappointment for us. It's just nowhere near powerful or rumbly enough for the G-spot in our opinion. Already have a womaniser for the clit so, because the G-spot part isnt powerful, this one isn't going to get used. Disappointing. A real shame.

Not the fantastic experience advertised!

This did absolutely nothing for me. There’s no suction on the end, just vibration. Never been this disappointed with a toy. Money wasted!

Not strong enough or suited to the purpose

Not sure I will find any purpose for this one. Air pulse is overrated for even the best pulsing/suction devices unless perhaps you are very, very sensitive and vibrators of any nature are too strong. The effect is so subtle as to be imperceptible, particularly on the inside. Unfortunately, it isn't well suited to the outer parts either compared to the Satisfyer or Womanizer pulse devices as it has no collar to lock on and create a seal. You're much better off with a rabbit with a g-spot curve.

New favorite suction

I got the new Womanizer OG immediately after launch, and it took some minutes to get used to the stimulation internally, but after some stimulation on my clitoris it really provided a different kind of sensation internally. The vibration and the suction really get me going. Wonderful innovation of Womanizer. Not sure why nobody else came across this idea earlier, as the price is hefty, though it is really worth it if you already own a suction toy. I think, as I can also use it externally, this will now be my go to toy.

Incredible Must Have

I absolutely LOVED this toy. It was my very first Womanizer product and I'm already very skeptical of air stimulation, but I was happily surprised at how much I liked this! It wasn't too loud, the vibrations were strong, and the air stimulation was a little odd at first but very pleasing! Great toy and must have!

Good quality

This is good quality and well made. It feels good but I am afraid I am spoilt with the wand and anything else has a lot ti live up to.

Beautifully packaged. The travel pouch is a lovely touch. Very high quality. If you like having your G-spot stimulated buy one. It’s powerful,I’ve only been able to get to level 3 before I’m having a mind blowing toe curling orgasm
